Me gustaría destacar sobretodo un mal momento que fue muy bien tratado por el equipo con los recursos que tenían y agilizando la resolución. Perdí mis lentes y cuando me percaté solicité las cámaras para saber si había entrado al hotel con ellos. De manera oportuna, me brindaron la atención y facilidad para poder ver imágenes de la grabación cuando ingreso al local. Noté que no sucedió dentro de sus instalaciones lo cual me permitió sacar mis conclusiones. Fue una mala experiencia para mi pero a la vez una buena experiencia en el trato con el hotel pues noté una gran disposición para ayudar a sus huéspedes. El mal rato no fue su responsabilidad, fueron circunstancias que lamentablemente me pasaron a mi. Muy agradecido por el soporte.

Fui con mi esposa por nuestro aniversario, y tuvimos una estadía muy bonita. El desayuno 10/10, la terraza y la piscina fueron un golazo, para poder relajarnos y esta abierto hasta tarde, y eso se aprecio bastante.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Front reception was excellent and the Manager there had exceptional Customer service skills. A warm and genuine experience. Definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the region.
